World Victory Roads latest event, Sengoku Raiden Championship 12, was completed on Sunday in Tokyo, Japan from the Ryogoku Kokugikan venue. The event was capped off by a middleweight championship bout in a rematch between Jorge Santiago and Mamed Khalidov.
