Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal (5-0) chose an interesting way of naming his next opponent via his Twitter site on Tuesday.

“King Mo vs….Put it like this….It’s a type of pimple,” Lawal stated. “Ima bust it tho!!!”

MMAjunkie.com has since confirmed with sources close to the Strikeforce organization that “King Mo” and Mike Whitehead (24-6) have agreed to meet on Dec. 19 at the “Strikeforce: Evolution” show in San Jose, Cali.

Lawal will make his Strikeforce debut against Whitehead putting his 5-0 record on the line. His last win came in quick fashion as he defeated Mark Kerr in his first M-1 Global fight last August in Kansas City, Kan.

Whitehead, who has fought in many different promotions from the IFL, Affliction, M-1, the WEC, and more, is on a two fight win streak. He’s won 15 of his past 16 matches. The former ‘TUF’ season 2 fighter defeated Kevin Randleman in his last bout in June of this year, ruining “The Monster’s” return to the cage.

Both Lawal and Whitehead have fought as light-heavyweights and heavyweights in the past. No information was provided as to the weight class for their match.

The current rumored “Strikeforce: Evolution” show appears as follows:

- Cung Le vs. Scott Smith
- Matt Lindland vs. Ronald “Jacare” Souza
- Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal vs. TBA
- Robbie Lawler vs. TBA
- Antwain Britt vs. Scott Lighty*
